Reiki (ray-key) is a hands-on holistic healing method that promotes the body healing itself, relaxation, and the clearing of any energy blockages in the body. As a certified health coach, I am very aligned with promoting physical health and healing, and honoring our earthy vessels in a gentle and loving way. As a Reiki I practitioner, I have embraced energy healing and love providing sessions to others to promote their healing journeys.
